Yesterday I was really in the mood for cookies, but I wanted to try something different, so based on what I had in my cupboards I made these yummy things that I decided to call Raspberry Lemonade based on their ingredients. They are super easy.
Raspberry Lemonade cookies
1 Box Lemon cake mix
2 Eggs
1/3 cup Oil
Half of a small box of raspberry jello
Mix ingredients together and spoon blobs onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until they look cracked (11-13 mins.).
